1) Audio length didn't match the original, meaning the lack of sound makes and ear shattering noise according to the game. easily fixable by adding silent recording
2) The audio clip was longer than the original, can be fixed by shortening the audio or use another shorter clip
The sound files I used at the time were broken, most dialogue had crackling sound
