NATO is desperately trying to prevent a nuclear warhead from leaving Stratis in the direction of Tanoa. The intelligence knows that the rebels would not be willing to detonate it on the rival island.

The attempt is to confiscate the warheads, however it is not ruled out the possibility of detonating them.
