Biomechanoid Glowing Eyes

Description
Gives both HD & BFE Biomechanoids appropriately-colored glowing eyes

Special thanks to Ryason for helping to reduce the filesize

Not compatible with the other one, obviously

neat details, as glowing eyes makes them more like some kind of cyborg robots that doing an evil orders

It didn't look good. Plus the BFE Biomechs have blue eyes.
