gm_bigcity: Barricade

This is an barricade, fitted to be used on gm_bigcity's highway.

This is mainly made for personal use, but if you want it, then have at it.

HOW TO PLACE IT PROPERLY:

Go down the striped yellow line on the highway. When the line is facing you, spawn the dupe on the line. If you need to reposition it, undo the dupe and place it again until everything works out.
