What does it do?
This mod adds a new Faction the Mod Merchants and a new town Oasis.
Oasis is inhabited by a large group of very wealthy "world Travelers" They have acquired many rare and powerful items during their travels and they would be willing to part with them.... for a price.
The merchants don't only sell modded items you will find a shop for everything in their town... even slaves. All they see is profit.

Shops
Bar, Animal Shop, Police Station, General Store, Building Store, Slave Shop and of course the Mod Shop.

Future plans
Add more weapons/Armor
Add custom dialogue for the Merchants after all they are the merchant from res 4...
Add custom dialogue for the secret character. ;)

Should add the Merchant armor to the vendor list. Not always easy to knock one out and steal their outfit

Avo's Tear should be a heavy weapon rather than a katana.
