Full Command Reskin

Description
Soon this mod will be transformed into a reskin submod for sebidee's officer mod, to allow for compatability with all the major overhauls

Hi,

This mod will add officers and standard bearers to all faction and is still a work in progress. These officers and bannermen are designed with the intent of matching their tabletop equivalents. In a future update this mod will require Marthenil's Standard Bearer Mod as I intend to use his awsome standards for my bannermen. Currently the mod only contains officers.

Sorry for the lack of updates lately. Im hoping to get this mod up to date before the xmas dlc drops. I will also be polishing some of the poorer existing officers such as the executioner.
