Adds a Firearm Enthusiast trait costing 6 trait points and giving +1 Aiming and Reloading.

This is a tweaked version of Svarog's mod (which I give full credit to) that is IMO more vanilla-like. Description has been changed to match vanilla skill traits, listing only the bonus without any written description. The icon of the trait has also been slightly tweaked to be more transparent and look better.

IDs have also been changed, so in theory you can use this alongside the original mod if you want to for some reason.
