[Expert] Fast Field Recharger

This charger is a massive long range charger.
It's mainly used at field to charge techs(especially for mega tech). It's also very good to charge outpost(turrets + factories).

Features:
GEO chargers * 104
Solar Panels * 76
GEO batteries * 44
Shielded and armored at lower part of tower (protecting cab, which automatically aimed by NPC).
*. At daytimes power charging rate is about 10% higher than power generating rate. Charging ability is lower If batteries are empty. Will be balanced if number ratio of GEO chargers : Solar Panels is about 5:4. For appearance and possibility of being used as static charging station, this design's ratio is not exactly 5:4.

Derived from my [Expert] Super Recharger, their design goal are different. If you only want to pick one, I recommend to choose this one(Fast Field Recharger) and keep subscribing both :).

Comparison between my Fast Field Recharger(FFR) and Super Recharger(SR)
1. Goal: Long range field charging and outpost recharger (only 1 Charger)
VS Base defense (multiple Chargers for sorrunding heavy turrets but not messing each others)

2. Range***: Long vs Short (has only few long range GEO chargers on SR, FFR vs SR)
3. Effeciency: Very Fast vs Super Fast; about 0.83 : 1 (FFR : SR), 0.9 : 1 if both are newly put(empty batteries).
4. Cost: FFR > SR, (due to massive amount of GEO charger to raise charging rate, even with lesser storage capacity)
