Combine Air Base (No NPCs)

Description
The other version of this save has a squad of combine soldiers constantly throwing grenades and blowing themselves up. Here's a version without the chaos!

Also added a few details and fixed some glithces.

And, no, this is not a real air base. But "Combine Air Base" sounds better than "Combine Base in the Air," so let's go with it!
