Description
Bs Tropical Waters Home 08-L5 by HGscMENTOR ** Use this one instead of Bs Tropical Waters Home 08 ** because this one is set at Level 5 (hence, the -L5 in it's name) so it won't "morph" into another house you don't want. I don't know about the rest of you, but when I place a specific house in a specific spot to create a specific type of neighborhood, I want it to STAY there, not turn into some ugly pop-art industrial piece of ..... weeeellllll, you get my drift.

**** PLEASE NOTE THAT REQUIRED ITEMS ARE A MUST-SUBSCRIBE**** as without them, this asset is just a house with a large yard of grass around it.

Just created this for my Islands City but you are welcome to use it if you like.

This home was created by False Lucidity - who has given me permission to place his homes on landscaped lots for my collections. My heartfelt thanks goes out to him for that as his home are some of the most beautiful homes I've seen on Workshop. As well as creating homes that are extremely well detailed, he tends to place nice large porches on most of them -- and in my opinion, no home is finished being constructed till it has a nice covered and deep porch all the way around. Kudos to you, False Lucidity - and thanks again.

False Lucidity also has a "set of variants" out on this house that you can find at https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=860021566&searchtext=Americana .... and from the photo on it, I think those variants are landscaped with temperate climate plants (rather than my tropicals) in case any of you would need that kind of landscaping. :^)

And, of course, it goes without saying that I am in mental debt to all those wonderful modders who created the plants and pavings found in the landscaping of this home.

Or maybe I'll be subscribing to your houses (only with your permission, of course) and landscaping them before putting them in that - or the next - gamesave)...... hmmmmmm

Thanks, Aarnold. I hope to be Sharing a full GameSave (cities and all) sometime soon that will have lots of those houses already in it so you don't have to plop em. Maybe you'll see it and subscribe. :^)

Oh - and thanks for bringing this to my attention....I'd planned on putting the link to FL's original home in my description but after reading your comment and looking to see where it was in my description so I could tell you which paragraph, I realized I hadn't gotten it into my description. Now, thanks to your "heads-up," I've gotten it in there.

He's the architect of the house and would be able to give you the tris and texture information.

I, personally, don't know how to make these homes so don't even know what the tris and texture are. I'm just a "newbee modder" who works with vanilla homes and those other modders give me permission to use on lots I just put the landscaping on. I wish I could mod my own, but that's waaayyyyyy beyond my scope of expertise.

I would appreciate tris and texture in desription, is it possible? Love this architecture.
