Description
The item is question is Buttermilk! Another milk item that has the potential to do crazy things to your build!

Buttermilk
Found only in the treasure room
Gives a high tears up, as well as the potential to go below the tear cap to 3! Slightly increases range and gives the pulse worm effect. However, greatly decreases shot speed!

Known issues

None so far!

Note: This item works with repentance. However! It's very buggy. It fucked my tears for several runs after picking it up, and didn't lower shot speed at all.

You know what would be neat?

If it was a shotspeed to Tears Converter, leaving the user with a measly 0.10 shotspeed and +X flat tears when picked up. It'd make this a very strategic item, imo.

Well, number one is range down and this is a shotspeed down. This item also can break the cap.

You can hover over the black areas in the description to see what it does. If you want to know what it does, do that, if people want it to be a suprise, that is why they are there.
