The "clean up duty" at the end felt rather unnecessary as well. Maybe having some backup appear at that moment would have made it more interesting.
You should also make the doors larger so the vamps could go through (Right click on a door and choose Y-Scale)
Issues:
You did use different types of lights, but those light up the whole room. Try using a variety of lights, if you do this it can make a level look more appealing to the eye and more alive.
