Hey everyone this is my take on this years FM edition.

I tried this tactic on top teams with great success so I decided to give it a shot on a mid table team.
As you can see on the screenshots, I was amazed how well I fared on the first year scoring more than 100 league goals.

KEEP IN MIND THAT THIS IS A GOAL SCORING TACTIC, YOU WILL CONCEDE LOTS OF GOALS.

-Training

General training - Attacking with average intensity
Match preparation - Defensive set pieces
The individual training is set to play the roles and positions I want them to play, no extras.

-Match briefing and Opponent instructions

I leave these to my assistant coach, so try to hire someone with decent tactical knowledge.

-Players

Essential players: Fullbacks and Wingers.

You want fast fullbacks with good stamina and the wingers should play with the opposite foot (AML right footed and AMR left footed) with good passing and finishing.

Important players: Striker and Box-to-Box/Ball-Winning Midfielder

The box-to-box / ball-winning midfielder should have good stamina, teamwork and work-rate (preferred decent long range shooting) while the striker will need finishing and heading (lots of crosses).

Note: You should either have fast (at least 13) or good positioning (at least 15) center defenders because the opposition will try long balls more often due high pressing style.
