FXAA

Adds an FXAA option to the game's Graphics options menu.

Post Wake of the Herald's DLC, the MSAA options have been broken. This leaves only the "expensive" 2x FSAA option for working antialiasing, which can carry significant performance penalties on older hardware. The FXAA option provides a relatively low performance impacting antialiasing alternative.

To enable, activate the new FXAA checkbox in Options > Graphics. Be aware that if you have 2x FSAA enabled, it will override the FXAA setting as it is a higher quality level of antialiasing.
