The Second Alpine Empire

It's 1936, and The Second Alpine Empire rules. It's been more then a hundred years since Napoleon took Moscow and forced the Russians into submission, with the Coalition arranging a peace deal soon after. Following his Napoleon's death in 1821, Napoleon II took over, and his death in 1852 led to Napoleon III taking the throne. He only had the crown for a year before William Albert, 1st Prince of Montenuovo murdered him and took his place as the ruler of the First Alpine Empire, his retirement in 1895 left the seat to his son, Alfred Wilhelm who revitalized the country to the Second Alpine Empire.

Background:
-Most of Europe has been puppeted by the Alpine Empire following it's win against the Coalition in 1812.
-Emperor Wilhem has withdrawn from Africa and South America and ordered his puppets to do the same, following this he has warned that any nation to interfere with the tribes of the lands will meet his wrath. After this withdraw many African countries have founded their independent countries.
