Description
UPDATE MAR'19:

- updated LCD2 Script to v2.0144

DESCRIPTION

Docking station for refuel and item transfer purpose.

- 2600 blocks
- large connector arms with multiple connectors for every type of ship
- two small landing plattforms
- decorative blinking lights
- solar + reactor energy (reactor is turned off when spawning the station)
- medical station with hydrogen/oxygen storage and generators
- automatic hangar door system
-> detects your ship when you get close enough (via sensors)
-> depressurizes hangar (while warning lights are blinking)
-> opens hangar doors for 15 seconds
-> closes hangar doors
-> repressurize

- the large rings on top of the station are both slowly rotating
--> warning: you have to turn them on first after spawning the station. may cause problems on some servers. Depending on your bandwith and mods. I recommend a velocity of 0.1.

I don't think so. If you were able to build the station, it should work, once the rings are spaceships (because stations can't move).

Might be, should "unsupported stations" be turned on?

Depending on your server settings, it may be that the upper part has to be converted to ship first so it can move? Just a guess, though.

I turned on the rotor of the upper ring, but it is not rotating, any help? I even increased torque to 95 (or similar number) and still nothing..

It needs no mods. Could be that it has the "Letters Mod". But you won't need it to use the station.
