If the music is weird, and slowmo doesn't work, see if you have the Bullet Time addon by Spy. If you do, disable or remove it. (by Deathpuff12. Thanks!)

Long time no see!
I learned about programming a bit and now I fixed most problems.
It works perfectly on my computer(no addons installed except this, no games installed except gmod).
It's strange that there are people still complaining about "weird noise".
I haven't heard of any "weird noise" using this addon in my lifetime..

For those who hear strage noise, I recommend you to find out which addon causes conflicts by turning off one by one.
Then let me know the result in the comments section. I will look for it and try to fix it (when I am not busy).
