[Old] [WotC] Laser Weapons - Plasma Tier Replacer

Description
This one was requested a couple of times and it was pretty straightforward to put my other two replacers together to make this one.

Replaces the Plasma Rifle, Plasma Pistol, Plasma Lance and Plasma Cannon with LW2's Laser weapon models and changes the descriptions to fit the change into the game's lore and story.

This mod is a patch for NStriker's port of LW2's Laser Pack to War of the Chosen and requires it. It disables the new Laser tier and replaces the vanilla Tier 3 instead. I've only changed the appearance and descriptions of the T3 weapons so any other ini or mod added changes to T3 you might have shouldn't be affected.

Yeah I have an internal WIP versionm based on the new ones, just wondered if you were planning to do a version before finishing it up and releasing myself.

I don't mind at all, most of this old mod is adapted from old vanilla replacers so I can hardly take issue. However, you might have an easier time adapting the newer WSR based ones https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1929061963 than reworking this very old one.

Any plans to do an updated version of this to include the full suite of weapons like your other 3.x tier replacers?

Somehow it does not seem to replace the pistol anymore, it did in the past but I'm stuck with ugly plasma pistols while I do get all the other cool laser weapons.

The ingame text has a justification for the Reaper's use of the Shadow Lance. Were I to reskin the Vektor Rifles I'd probably make them all Conventional. Storywise the tech advances are then upgrades to the rounds instead. M2 uses alien alloys for ammunition and M3 uses elerium as a bullet propellant.

I could try overwriting the Bullpup with the unused SMG models but there aren't really any appropriate candidates to replace the Vektor Rifle and Autopistol.

So if I install only this mod I will still have magnetic guns but plasma will be replaced by laser? What if I install "Magnetic replacer" and this mod? T2 and T3 will be laser only?..
Now the last thing you could have done would be to make a mod that replaces magnetic weapons with coil so people could shuffle them as they like.
