Tachanka Bipod Sounds

Description
Plays Tachanka's famous voicelines when deploying and undeploying the bipod on the Insurgent RPK or Security M249.

Issues: The sound is cut off if you ADS or sprint. This is due to the game only being able to manage a certain number of handling sounds.
