Replaces all default races teleport beams with a glowing Neon Black coloured one.
This is basically the antimatter color from AliveDrive's AllTheBeams mod patched and updated for 1.3

Please Let me know if there are any custom races you want me to add compatibility for or if you would like a different color!

so i been messing around with java and found out how to chang color stuff with a game i been makeing but idk what starbound uses for its code so i was wondering if it was possible to make a item (like a book) in starbound that when you use it it changes you teleport beam color so you dont need to pick and chose recolor mods for starbound.
