Description
Fixes the scaling issues for Utopia Expanded when you use it togehter with ISBS (better graphics) mod.

Ah, I'll properly flesh out the page with some fotos and a basic graphic. But if you are using the ISBS graphics pack and Utopia Expanded togheter and you make a ringworld, the sections will shirnk when built and appear as floating sections in space disjointed from the rest of the ring.

This mod fixes that and scales the sections up to where they should be.
