A much more powerful version of the Warper.
Unlike its predecessor, it has the ability to teleport
to players and NPCs.
It is armed with dual Tesla coils that can set anything it hits
on fire.
There's a small device on top of it
that allows it to teleport, shooting it will
disable its ability to teleport.
The creature itself can be destroyed by shooting the power battery
on its back, but it causes a large explosion afterwards

(set SPD health multiplyer to 8 and disable physics damage for best experience)

and
Simple Prop Damage - Ultimate Destruction
for this to work

place then unfreeze by looking at with physgun and pressing R
