NON-RICO vanilla building repurposed to a residential high-density Level 5. A bit of park around it and a slight change in coloration - to my signature "blue". It will populate wherever you put the dark-green High Density Residential Zoning colors and the land value rises to a level 5. You can also "plop" it wherever you like (in a level 5 land value area) and it should stay there, as it is a Level 5 building.

Because it has a name now, you can use the Search Box mod to find it and then plop it manually anywhere in a level 5 area that you want....which is what I made it for .... I wanted to create full neighborhoods of this building. I don't care if it pops up elsewhere, but there are places I wanted JUST this building, .... ergo, the reason for it's initial creation.

I created this one for my own use on my gamesave, but everyone is welcome to use it for whatever you like.

January 29, 2018 UPDATE: I just replaced all the tables (which were admittedly prettier) with Vanilla tables. This was done because I want the Cims to be drawn to the tables and actually sit down on them, and after watching closely for 4 days, and not seeing any Cim sit in any table except the Vanillas, I finally caved and switched them out. Now the Cims should not only gather around in the spaces around the highrise - they should also sit down and relax there.
