During the opening moves of the war with the Imperium, a need for artillary systems was crippling DFC efforts during planetary battles. Development of a solution moved quickly, and a functioning missile was produced in a matter of weeks, with a launch vehicle to go with it. The Hurricane Missile Launcher Half-Track was not deployed until a target painter drone was developed that could keep a living trooper out of harms way while the strike was called in, however. Additionally, this vehicle has been designed so that it can be remotly opperated, but because it only has a single camera, this functionality is rarely used.

Notes: If you need to replace the blueprints, the missile is linked in required items. If your just want to goof off with it, the vehicle comes fully loaded.
