I will leave this up in case someone wants to keep playing 1.9.

Lets you have two tier one and one tier two ascension path perk.

Updated the mod so it no longer overwrites all the perks and now it should work with mods that extend the perk list.
Tested with Utopian Dream, if you encounter any mod conflicts let me know and I will try to solve it.

I made two other version, these let you pick all tier one perks and one tier two:

This one only effects normal empires:

Thanks for bringing this up! Originaly it overwrote the whole list, now it oly touches the ascension path persk so it should work now with mods that add more perks.

Sorry to bother you after requesting this, but does this only override the Ascension Perks or does it override all of them? Essentially asking if it's compatible to mods which modify ascension perks
