So you said out to find someone who can help. After a few weeks you hear about an Necromancer and how he could help you. Knowing that the only way of saving youre dream is aksing him for help. When you finnaly find him he agrees but, only if promise to give up youre park after you pass and to not built higher than the Trees! You agree and when you came back a giant portal stood there Gaurded by two giant snakes. Now you can start you'sre dream and make the best park.

This scenario is quite easy.
