Hound-on-hill

Description
NOTE: Fixed the the highway out on the left side of the map, so now the citizens can drive out of the map that way also. And I have cleaned up some parts of the road with Move It.

Hound-on-hill is a landscape slightly inspired by the hilly landscapes of England and New Zealand. It has lots of building space both at the seaside and in the mountains.
