Description
BEFORE ANYTHING DOWNLOAD THE PROP PACKS LISTED BELOW!
This is my first ever map I've made! Stuff, like the water around the boat might be buggy, couldn't fix it.

(DOESNT INCLUDE GOOD INTERIOR, ITS FOR SANDBOX, BE CREATIVE WITH THE SPACE I GAVE)

Yeah sure you can give me ideas. I did work on gm_pensacola_extended (same map with more industrial stuff and a sea with ships and boats) but the lighting glitched out. And yes I am Charmike, from YouTube
