This little fella has 8-Segment arms and 6-Segment Legs, making regular rigs impossible. Unfortunately, even autorigger won't be able to solve this completely. On the upside, he's pretty bendy and stretchy. I'm unironically considering making a little Elvis outfit for him.

For easier bone selection, use the viewport's [Ctrl]+[LeftClick] feature.
