well some old cars look like there white wall tires are metalic.

I would make them out of a stronger material, but that would add a significant ammount of weight to the wheels and I need the whitewalls to be a matte color, where tungsten would be more metalic

ive got a idea to not make the hupcaps & witewall tires not fall
