InfernoGuard proudly presents the Mermaid Escort Frigate, a support vessel that boasts large capacities for storage, front-line assembly, and jump distance. The Mermaid Escort Frigate was designed for the back lines as a armed cargo vessel, allowing goods and supplies to push through contested, percarious, or otherwise non-traditional space lanes. The Mermaid is more than capable of defending itself with its full armor sleeve and multiple arrays of gatling and missile turrets, as well as additional point defense lines. The Mermaid includes both a flight bridge perched at the top of the vessel and a combat bridge tucked away in the inner-most core of the ship, both of which are oxygen friendly. The Mermaid is also designed with easy maintenance in mind, as every component of the ship is reachable through the access of the ships accessways and main two corridors.
