Приветствую! Модель главного корпуса проекта модульной ТЭЦ. Основана на Южной ТЭЦ н.22 в Санкт-Петербурге. Следует также подписаться на градирню и дымовую трубу. Они будут в коллекции.

Последние пару лет я перестал заниматься созданием ассетов для игры, но всё возможно)

yes, they will also generate energy (there is one building such type) and some props, such as oil tanks, tubes, and others. But now i cannot say, when i will create them, cos' now i'm busy with residential building asset creation.

In future there will be other modules, cos it is based on one of power plants in Saint-Petersburg
