I have definitely not seen Paul Jones in that gimmick so thanks for the heads up.
I'm surprised I missed the JCP thing since that's definitely an era/territory I should have been watching. Although I don't always remember the super brief "mystery tag team" entrants (seemed like the Dynamic Dudes were once billed as Batman and Robin or some such similar angle).
Here's the link I based the Bill Watts comment on FWIW:

Mr Florida was Number One Paul Jones I have a edit of him you can find in my FCW collection
I know there was another midnight Rider not sure if it was Bill Watts or not(Since Dusty Owned the Gimmick)
As far as i know Dick Slater never wore a mask
I can honestly say I never saw the Rhodes/Magnum gimmick. What territory was it in? Was it a one-off or a longer run?
And one to add that I also can't believe I forgot - Downtown Charlie Brown! Because no one could have recognized Jimmy Valiant from his body type, hair/beard sticking out, and mannerisms. :) His may have been the second worst disguise ever (Rhodes' Midnight Rider takes first for me).
I know Watts also did a Midnight Rider gimmick. Anyone else that you know of? It's probably because I'm a mark for masked men, but I love the whole gimmick this represents.
