Back story:
Aspen is a new French alpine theme park. The park was founded very recently, but the first owner made a mess of it. He nearly caused the park to go bankrupt, but was fired. Now you are assigned to fix the issues and put the park on the map for coaster enthusiasts worldwide!
The park was built alongside a ski resort, some lifts and slopes are still operating and can’t be demolished. A lot of teens are attracted to this park which combines skiing and coasters, and they often get drunk and start vandalizing. For this, make sure to hire enough security.
The previous owner made a real disaster of the finances. You need to find the faults ind the finance system: maybe the shops and rides are too cheap? The wages are too high? Free entrance might not be a good idea? Too many extras in the shops? Find out before the park goes bankrupt!

Story behind settings:
Objectives:
First, start with a good base to start on: pay of all loans and get a nice income from shops.
Then, you need hire more workers as the park is understaffed. With a steady income from shops and rides, this shouldn’t be a problem. So you might as well keep them happy.
At last, put the park on the map with some good rides and a firework show that will be famous all around the globe!
Park settings:
The park opening times cannot be edited, but this is due to a bug in planet coaster. I’ll fix it whenever the bug is fixed.
Terrain editing cost is slightly increased, because getting the equipment up the mountain is quite expensive, and the rocks are very hard to dig out. However, the cost isn't really that high so creating more building ground is advised. also, it will guarantee some wood to sell when you cut down the trees.
The guest limit is something very important! If you erase the limit, thousands of guests will enter and the square in front of Thor and Sif will get overcrowded, leading to a lot of vandalists packed there and if that has started, there is no way of stopping them.
Finance settings:
Only loans with a 20% interest are available, because France is expensive.
Research settings:
Since the park just opened up and they are new to roller coasters, most of the rides and coaster need to be researched. They are however nested nicely by a logical category.
Staff settings:
Staff will tend to need to rest faster due to the cold. They will search up the heat. Only the security guards are passionate about their jobs, because they really don’t want people to be vandalizing the park. When they need to run a lot, they won’t get it as cold as other staff members.
Guest settings:
Most of the guests are adults and teenagers, and fewer families. Adults can come single or as a group, but teenagers tend to come in big groups and certainly not alone. A lot of guests have traits according to the climat, and you will find more rich people than poor people as France is a rich country.
Crime settings:
A lot of vandals, which start trashing the place pretty fast. You will find some pickpockets, but not that many.

Attractions:
Thor and Sif:
A dueling looping wooden coaster: Thor is the husband of Sif, according to Nordic mythology. This is really a moneymaker with a capacity of 4’320 guests an hour, treat it well and it’s a goldmine. Not using this was probably the biggest mistake the previous owner made. The buildings that make up this coaster station, the station for the train and the shops, consists of over 8’000 pieces.
Tip: if the entrance gets too crowded (and it will) put some security next to it, as there is a big chance they will start vandalizing the benches.
Njord:
A Monte Leone around a big tree on a high cliff. This was the second attraction, and is now almost 6 years old.
Odin:
A Chair-o-plane ride meant for the smaller kids. This was the first attraction, and is now almost 7 years old.
