Quarter Valley Theme park

Welcome to Penny Valley! Since the big expansion west citys have been popping up everywhere. Unfortunately for Penny Valley they didn't expect the city to grow so fast! Now with space for building quickly fleeding and a city deprived of any good entertainment, and the residents calling for something, the city decided to make the city vote on what they wanted.
So that they did and in a land slide victory they voted for..

A Theme Park!!!

Baffled by the amount of votes, the city quickly laid plans, with the little space they had, they cleared out the large and underfunded Pleasant park to use for the space. The city now needed help designing the park, so they looked out to the residents for help. Answering the call the now former Theme park Designer happened to be in town and agrred to help desgin the new park. Now with the help of a Designer the park finally opened shortly there after. Allowing the public to enter for only a Quarter (plus tax). Giving the name Quarter Valley! The city rejoiced the new park was a huge sucess! The city was now excited to see what was in store but to their dismay the Designer had mysteriously Vanised along with his plans. The city was shocked, they need to keep the steam rolling but not knowing a lick about how to make a good theme park the city has decided to hire out side help in hopes of finding some one to continue the park forward.

The city has agreed to take care of the finaces under the conditon you keep with their requests. Can you help this starving city and fill in the space, will you Build up the space provided or nock it down and repave it new or will the closing claustrophobia keep you from finding new ways to build in these tiny conditions. U P D A T E
So I understand that some people have had serious problems with FPS, i have completely tweak the map in its intireirty. It turns out that having to many barriers and ropes causes the issues with FPS as well as the projection screens i was using to save FPS actually where doing more harm then useing the regualar building pecies. Nothing has really changed expect the scenery the game should run way smoother. If you still have problems feel free to check out the Quarter valley NO buildings version which (at least on my computer) runs at 60 here
