Pelts+ Vanilla

Description
No expansion packs are needed for this mod!

This is a simple mod aimed to give hunting a more satisfying outcome=) The prices for hides/meat has been increased and new kinds of hides/meat has been added such as Troll hides and wolf ribs and so on.

It also adds a craftable hunting armour, to show that you are a proper hunter. A bow is also included. The armour is a version of the Fur armour used by bandits, but its pretty rare to see the whole set(for some reason=/) so i made a enchanted one.

-------------------------
2 bows have been added
The first is Skadi, which is a Huntingbow with a little more bite than the normal one, but it also takes longer to fire arrows with it, so plan your shots carefully.

The second is a Ancient Hunting Bow, which can be crafted when you have ebony smithing, its equal to the Ebony bow it power, it you can shoot faster with it.
-------------------------
The following items has had their prices and weights changed.
-Deer hide 100 gold
-Wolf pelt 75 gold
-Snow wolf pelt 150 gold
-Bear pelt 150 gold

-Snow bear pelt 450 gold
-Sabrecat pelt 200 gold

Remember that your Speech level will influence the prices, so you will likely get less than what is written above.

Wow that skytest animals mod looks impressive, gonna give it a try later for sure^^

well, i guess the mods could conflict with one another. All ive done to the animals is add more loot basicly, if the skytest animals mod uses vanilla loot options, i dont think there will be a problem. Pretty sure the hearts/dung mod will conflict though.

great mod just wish it was compatible with npc hearts & dragon dung. looks like they override one another just killed 3 mammoths and got no hides but 30 pounds of mammoth hearts.

Question: will this mod influence skytest animals {young animals}

it happens because like, daedric armour value 123420 and that would feel cheaty.

I'll try that thanks

Hmm, that should not happen=/ have you tried waiting a few ingame days?? that helps sometimes. also, the prices are determined by your speech skill thing, you will not get the full price from vendors until you put lots of skillpoints into haggling and such^^

Just installed this earlier, is there some kind of bug because I met a vendor and they offered me like 60 gold or so for a bear pelt...not 150, confused >.>

All of the issues that has been raised in the comment section has been dealt with. The mammoth thing was actually by choice first, figured you would sell them for money only, although i changed my mind on that and you can now make leather with em:P
