Countries Can Collapse [1.0]

Description
Nations in EU4 rise - Now they can also fall
Adds two new mechanics: National Unity & Internal Factions

NATIONAL UNITY
National Unity indicates how strongly knit together a country is. All countries with 5 or more provinces has Unity. A country with below 50 Unity will experience negative effects scaling with Unity. Different events affect unity according to government form. For example; Monarchies will have to deal with the problems of succession/illegitimacy, while republics generally enjoys increased Unity.
Unity is affected by economic issues, social-, cultural & religious issues, political & rulership issues, factions and wars.

INTERNAL FACTIONS
Factions represents the different groups within a country which influences the country's government and state. There is four types of factions: Class, ethnic, religious and trade company factions.
Factions rise and dissipates in correlation to the extensiveness of their influence. Influence is based on how much of the country’s development is under their control. A strong disloyal faction will affect unity more than a weak one. A faction's loyalty changes over time according to factors such as converting, devastation, decentralization, legitimacy, state religion etc. Disloyal factions will cause provincial problems and might also raise rebel forces to enforce the interests of the faction.

OTHER CHANGES
- State-maintenance has greater scaling w/ distance from capital & province development
- Harsher provincial penalties for non-accepted cultures
- Absolutism & empire rank has both negative and positive effects upon unity and factions

COMPATIBILITY
- Not iron man compatible.
- Compatible with or without all/any DLC
- Compatible with most mods, let me know if you experience any problems with a particular one.
- Compatible with ET*
*Mods that replaces/adds cultures and religions currently have broken faction names (Not functionality though)

One single Estonian province in my norwegian cultured vassal has estonian culture. One province. I have a revolt every few months of a couple thousand people and it seems like every time that happens the cause for unrest titled "Base" goes up. Right now, that province has 96.72 unrest due to "Base." Help.

(Just to be clear, I love the work you're doing on these mods. I can't wait until I get a new computer so I can use 2.0. But until then please god help me these rebels are insane)

Decentralization is calculated for 1.0 if average autonomy is 30 or above -- average autonomy / 150

I can't use 2.0, there's too much for my computer. Because of that, I'm still using this until I get a new one. I had a question- Is "decentralized country" calculated off of an average autonomy level, or is it just the size of your country? In an ET game, I own India, bits of China, Central Asia, etc etc, and nearly all of my provinces are at 0 autonomy. Only one state recently conquered from China still has high autonomy, and yet I have a -.222 from decentralized country in national unity every month.
