A Better High Priestess?

Same thing as my Monstro's Tooth mod, but for the High Priestess card

Since they both act in a similar fashion, so I thought I might as well change the card as well just 'cause I can.

So what are the general changes?

- For starters: Mom's foot doesn't lock on to the player after he used HP on an empty room anymore, wich was always unavoidable damage
EDIT: After the last booster, this happens automatically
-Seconds: Mom's foot now targets bosses before regular enemies
-Thirds: the damage of Mom's foot is a little more (about 33% more) and it now affects restock boxes, donation machines, slots, secret rooms, etc...., so it can be used as an all-around tool in empty rooms
-Fourths: on damage to isaac, it only takes away half-a-heart on hit! (used to be a full)

Anyway, same as always:
If you find any bugs, just let me now

Found Bugs:
- If the card is used on an empty room, mom's foot will still target lock on the enemy, but only after she landed
So you can still dodge, it's just a visual bug
