Sorry. I overwrote "Yes" in the setting notes, and the battleship appeared, but it did not appear in the nation and character selection.

Yes it is. Go to your steam library directoy and then go to workshop->content->281990->1292006372. From there you'll either see a bunch of files or a zip file. If it's a zip file you'll need to first extract it. You'll want to then go to common->species_classes and open the text file and change randomized=no to randomized=yes. After you do that you save the file and rezip it if it was originally in a zip file. It will get changed back when I update the mod when the next version of stellaris releases though.

Ah I see, is it possible to manually edit in the files to remove this restriction on my own volition? If so, what is the exact file for me to edit on?

That's because it's set so that the AI doesn't use it at the moment.

Im experiencing something in the fact that an empire that has this portrait doesnt seem to spawn as an AI, even with it being at forced spawn.

Oh nvm, looks like Steam was having somekinda hissyfit that passed with reboot of the computer. Not handling the files correctly.

I don't know what exactly happened but mod as a whole went missing from the Stellaris' launcher as whole. Seems like the file that matches the this workshop article went missing from mod folder in Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\mod
Did try to redownload the mod couple times. Even going up to deleting downloaded files and resubbing to the mod.

Sorry it took so long, I was busy. It's now in the latest update. For some reason both portrait groups have the same name, so my need to pick the other one if the first one doesn't work.
