Description
Yearwood Rowhouse by Khrysler

Typical and blunt brick rowhouse building with crooked stairs. One of most common American style rowhouses probably built around the turn of 20th century. It's a bit wider than the most typical size for rowhouse with 3 window columns but it can be found as it's based on a building at Grove St. and Bedfod St, in New York.

These are Beautiful! They remind me a little bit of wider Philadelphia row houses.

Yes, you're right about the columns. I was focusing more on the overall style than the specific layout. The stoop, the solid brick facade, etc. Very common look even if the floorplans aren't the same. Excited about what's coming! Thanks for all your hard work.

I could recreate Baltimore with this and a boarded-up version ;)

I feel like narrower rowhouses with only 2 window columns are more common around Philly, Baltimore, and D.C. I agree on that they are more Victorian if I look at their cornices
