Tesla Anomaly

Description
Elon Musk has done it. A red 2008 Tesla Roadster now floats through space, blasting David Bowie’s "Life on Mars" into the vacuum.

Of course, I had to make a modification for my favorite game to commemorate this achievement.

This is a fairly simple mod, which adds an anomaly, fairly rare but always present on one of Earth’s inner worlds if playing in the Sol system, where your civilization can find a car flying through space. What becomes of it, of course, is totally up to you!

@Noisymichael- not that I know of, but I don't have that many mods myself (and book writing has kept me away from Stellaris for a while) so one probably exists, but I don't know it.

@Livnthedream- unless the alter the asteroids to be bigger than size 5, you should be good. Everything is handled in events, now.

@Livnthedream - It's now an archaeology site that triggers about 5-10 years into the game.
