This is "Armoured Personnel Carrier 02".
It is a wheeled armored car, which has 8 passenger seats, a driver's seat and a gunner trip seat.

Controls - driver
[W,A,D,S] ... Drive a vehicle
[Button 1] ... Head lamp on/off
[Button 2] ... ring a horn
[Button 3] ... Top hatch open/close
[Button 4] ... Rear hatch open/close

Controls - gunner
[W,A,S,D] ... Turn Gun turret and Cannon
[Button 1] ... Cannon firing
[Button 2] ... Head lamp on/off
[Button 3] ... Top hatch open/close
