Adds a whopping 100 new palettes.

Adds a plethora of new colours and shades to staxel for all dyable clothing and hairstyles, palettes may vary.
Includes the unimplemented navy blue, light, dark and pale varient palettes of most existing colour palettes.

Is there a way I can make it where your color palette works on some modded eyes? Like is there a setting config I can mess with or something?

Update: Never mind, it works perfectly and seems to be compatible with other color addition mods! My mod loader just didn't install it the first time.

They're overhauling the game's UI currently, so it wont be fixed until later, sadly.
