This is "Reconnaissance Combat Vehicle 02", That is an improved version of RCV 01 ( https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1139720599 ).
This vehicle has 4 seats, a driver's seat, a gunner's seat and a 2 passenger's seat.

Controls - driver
[Button 1] ... Head lamp on/off
[Button 2] ... ring a horn
[Button 3] ... Top hatch open/close

Controls - gunner
[W,A,S,D] ... Turn Gun turret and Cannon
[Button 1] ... Autocannon firing
[Button 2] ... Head lamp on/off
[Button 3] ... Top hatch open/close
