Castle Volkihar Smelter

Description
*** Requires Dawnguard DLC

This adds a smelter to the vampire castle/home in the Dawnguard DLC.
Prior to this addon, the castle had all crafting stations except a smelter.
It will appear in the same room as the forge.

* Navmesh was updated (AI pathing in the area should work well)
