Neptune Against Japan! Version 1.1

Japan is about to fall and Planeptune decleared war against Japan to conquer! Rebellions against Japan has already started and it has to settle again while Histoire is planning her next attack, can you command Neptune and your nation in your way to victory?

Updates: 1.1
-Increased Japan's starting resources for more competetive gameplay!
-Removed scouts and spies around enemy borders
-Added IF Special OPS: Control a Special OPS building in enemy territory containing 4 spies 6 scouts Lead by the new characther IF!
-IF: The Ultimate Scout: IF is a scout characther with high speed and health points comparing the other scouts, she has sucsessfully established a base of operations of enemy borders and leadin ger operations from there, command her wisely to achive victory!
-Increase in Neptune's stats! " I'm now stronger than ever! "
-Starting camera is now set to the Neptune at the battlefield!
-Fixed a bug causing Kyoto to be sometimes uncapturable

Developers Notes:
Spy system is now more intense due to new and strong scounts and spies, but its now a bit trickier since all your scouts and spies will start from the same place, rather than spread around the map, use IF well to get the info you need.
With Japan had more resources, early game became so harder, causing Neptune to even die without any help reaches her, so Neptune's defence has been greatly increased, and her other stats has been increased slightly
Now you can start by looking at Neptune, for people who complains about not beeing able to find where Neptune is
