Submarines Ignore Borders

Description
A simple mod that allows Submarine to enter enemy territory without requesting open borders first. To this feature, your submarine will be very useful for scouting enemy territory against other naval units - especially Aquatic City.

It is only a minor change, but depending on how you use it, you will have a pleasant experience. Please enjoy. :-)

It's a simple change, but any mod makes the game unstable. Try 'me' user's advice, and if it is still a problem .... Check the integrity of the game file!

Theoretically, this is compatible with CODEX mod.
Because it is simply modifying some of the items in the promotion. :-)

@perrinski when you start up the game and get to the main menu, click on the button that says "Mods" (it is located under the "Multiplayer" button). Then a screen saying "Use mods at your own risk" will appear, but don't worry, generally workshop mods are safe.Click "accept".Then a list of mods that you subscribed to on the workshop will appear. To the right of the mods will be boxes. Click on the boxes to enable the mod. Click next, and then from there you can start up a game with your mod(s). Have Fun!

Newby to mods here. Now that I have subscribed, I can't find the appropriate location to upload/add to my game. Any assistance would be greatly appreaciated. Thanks.

Codex is a stand alone super mod and highly was suggested not combine with other mods. At your own trial and risk. However yes or maybe with other mods and not Codex or Event Horizon or simliar Conversion super mods.:Diplomat:

I meant that they took out the great AI in civ 4 (along with a lot of other great features). And tacked on this crappy one.

Certainly ... AI does not make good use of this feature. But please keep in mind that this mod is for convenience only.

It used to be in civ 4 but they took it out for some reason. Must have been connected to the AI somehow.
