This is "Wheeled Tank 02", a wheel armored vehicle carrying a tank turret.
The cannon mounted on this vehicle is equipped with a prototype of the timer loading system and it can shoot once every 3 seconds.

Controls - driver
[W,A,D,S] ... Drive a vehicle
[Button 1] ... Head lamp on/off
[Button 2] ... ring a horn
[Button 3] ... Top hatch open/close

Controls - gunner
[W,A,S,D] ... Turn Gun turret and Cannon
[Button 1] ... Cannon firing
[Button 2] ... Head lamp on/off
[Button 3] ... Top hatch open/close
