Serious Sam 2 Style Health Pickups

Description
Replaces the HD health pickups with new ones, resembling the Serious Sam 2 health pickups. This is not a port, I made these from scratch using SED, so they don't look 100% like their original counterpart (most noticeable in the shaders) but I did my best.

In all honesty if you said you ported these I'd believe you. These looks extremely accurate to their original counterparts. Nice Work!
