I'm planning on looking at the snow and doing variants of the rain that jmMarksman has asked for like green and/or red.

Later today I will provide a link to the vault with the files so you can edit the texture/mdl for your module / own use. Yes you can use a placable water for your ship setup with scripting switch.

I was looking at the rain again and i think people will be very suprised what a fresh feel this gives the game.So after looking at it and how it bounces i was actually thinking of maybe useing a invsable object or something to control the splash effect for a ship sailing area i have.I could maybe use that to direct the raindrops at the front of the boat.Other things came to mind as well lilke maybe script it to swicth it on and off real fast like a passing cloud or maybe something like a dm wand. Looks better then standard and i like the effect.It would be nice to change the color of the rain droplets.I run a zombie server and could use some bloody rain.
